Participants will be introduced to autism spectrum disorder, its characteristics, and the learning needs of students identified as having autism. The training is designed to provide a foundational understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), reinforcement, and learning in preparation for more advanced trainings, including Evidence-based Instructional Strategies for Autism.
Registration begins at 8:30 am, with the training starting promptly at 9 am.
Participants will be emailed a certificate of attendance approximately 1 week post-training.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of instructional prompting and trained in three specific evidence-based strategies for supporting the learning of individuals with autism: least to most prompting, most to least prompting, and graduated guidance. Data collection procedures for these strategies will be introduced.
Prerequisite: Principles of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for Supporting Students with Autism

Participants will be introduced to the basics of instructional prompting and trained in three specific evidence-based strategies for supporting the learning of individuals with autism: simultaneous prompting, constant time delay, and progressive time delay. Data collection procedures for these strategies will be introduced.
Prerequisite: Introduction to the Principles of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for Supporting Students with Autism
Registration will begin at 12:30 pm, with the training starting promptly at 1 pm. Certificates of attendance will be emailed to attendees approximately 1 week post-training.
