Join Dr. Jonathan Martinis for a three-part Supported Decision-Making Speaking Series. Attendees are welcome to join for one or multiple sessions.

Session 3: Taking Care, Taking the Lead: Supported Decision-Making in Health Care and Life Planning
• Strategies and practical tips for maximizing independent living supports to help people lead their healthiest, best, and most independent lives
